This FAQ page covers the most frequent questions we see from users in Pakistan. If you're new to 1lee, start with the Account section — it covers registration, age requirements and what happens after you sign up. If you're an existing user with a specific issue, the Deposits, Withdrawals and Account sections will most likely have what you need.

We've tried to keep the answers direct and honest. Where the answer involves a variable — like processing times or minimum amounts — we've indicated that rather than stating a specific figure that might not apply to every situation. For anything not covered here, the FAQ page is a starting point and our support team can help with specifics.

Account & Registration

Visit the Register page and fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number, email address and a password. A verification code will be sent to your mobile to confirm the number is valid. Once verified, accept the Terms and Conditions, and your account is created. The whole process takes a few minutes. After registration, head to the deposit section to add PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use 1lee. This is a firm requirement. During registration, you confirm your age by ticking the relevant checkbox. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be closed and any balance may be withheld pending review. Parents and guardians should keep their login credentials private to prevent underage access on shared devices.

No. One account per person is strictly enforced. If duplicate accounts are detected, all but the original are closed and any associated balances or winnings may be reviewed. If you've forgotten your login details, use the password recovery option — do not create a new account.

Go to the Login page and use the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number or email and a reset code will be sent to your mobile. Enter the code and set a new password. If your registered mobile is no longer active, contact support with your account details to verify your identity through an alternative method.

Identity verification is a standard process on the platform and may be requested at any time — particularly for accounts with higher transaction volumes or when withdrawing for the first time. Having your CNIC details matching your registration information from the start makes this straightforward. You'll typically be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC.

Deposits & Withdrawals

1lee supports the main payment methods used by Pakistani users — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards and other supported mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR so there's no currency conversion involved. The available methods are listed in the deposit section of your account.

Most deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are confirmed within a few minutes. Raast transfers are also generally quick. Bank transfers can take longer depending on the time of day and your bank's processing schedule. If a deposit hasn't appeared after 30 minutes, check your transaction history to confirm the transfer went through, and contact support if needed.

Go to the Withdrawal page in your account. Choose the payment method — the same method used for your deposit is typically the default — enter the amount in PKR and confirm the request. Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfers. Your withdrawal history shows the status of each request.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account and depend on the payment method selected. VIP members at higher tiers have access to higher withdrawal limits. If you're trying to withdraw an amount that falls outside the current limits, the system will show you the allowed range for your account and method.

Pending status is normal while the withdrawal is being processed. The time varies by method and volume on the platform at that time. If your withdrawal has been pending for significantly longer than the typical timeframe shown for your chosen method, contact support with your withdrawal request ID and they can check the status.

Sports Betting

The sports section covers cricket comprehensively — Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals, bilateral ODI and Test series, and major domestic tournaments. Markets include match winner, top batsman, total runs, method of dismissal, live in-play and more. Football leagues and esports titles are also available for users who follow those alongside cricket.

In-play betting lets you place bets while a match is in progress. Odds update in real time based on the current score, wickets, overs remaining and other factors. For PSL and T20 matches, markets change ball by ball. To get the best from in-play, have your account topped up before the match starts — top-ups during live play are fine but deposits need to clear before they can be used.

Bets are settled once the event result is confirmed — for most cricket matches this is shortly after the match ends. Winning amounts are credited to your account balance and are available for withdrawal or further betting immediately after settlement. If a bet is showing as unsettled longer than expected, it may be due to a result confirmation delay or an official review of the match result.

Rules for abandoned or rain-affected matches vary by market. In general, if a match does not reach the minimum number of overs required for an official result, most match betting markets are voided and stakes returned. Specific in-play markets may be settled based on the state of play at the time of abandonment. The settlement rules for each market are outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

Casino & Games

The casino section includes live dealer tables — baccarat, roulette, blackjack and game show titles — with professional dealers streaming in HD. There's also a full slots library with hundreds of titles, crash games, fishing games, virtual sports and other RNG-based titles. All games are accessible through your registered account on both the website and the mobile app.

Yes. The slot and RNG game titles available on 1lee are provided by established game providers. These games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, meaning each outcome is statistically independent from previous results. The return to player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is typically available in the game information section within the title itself.

VIP Programme

The VIP programme is a multi-tier system where activity on the platform earns you points. These points accumulate and move your account through progressively higher tiers. Each tier unlocks better benefits — improved cashback rates, higher withdrawal limits, priority support, and access to offers not available to standard accounts. Your current tier and points balance are visible from your account dashboard.

VIP points are earned through genuine betting and gaming activity on the platform — sports bets placed and casino games played. Points accumulate based on the amount wagered. Deposits and withdrawals on their own do not earn points. The specific earning rate per activity type is detailed in the VIP section of your account.

Log in to your account and navigate to the VIP section. Your current tier, accumulated points, progress to the next tier and available cashback are all displayed there. You can also visit the VIP page for a full breakdown of all tier levels and their associated benefits.

VIP tiers are typically maintained over a rolling period — if your activity drops significantly below the threshold for your current tier over that period, your tier may be reviewed. The full details of tier maintenance requirements are in the VIP programme terms. Active users who play regularly won't need to worry about this.

Mobile App

Visit the Download page on your Android device and tap the Android download button. This downloads the APK file directly. Before installing, make sure "Install from unknown sources" or "Allow from this source" is enabled in your device's security settings — this is a standard requirement for apps installed outside the Google Play Store. Once enabled, open the downloaded APK file to install.

Yes. The iOS version of the 1lee app is available and can be accessed through the link on the Download page. iPhone and iPad users can install it through the App Store link provided. The same account credentials work across iOS, Android and the browser version.

The app and the website share the same account, balance, markets and features — they're two interfaces for the same platform. The app is generally faster on a mobile connection, has push notifications for match results and promotions, and is more comfortable to use on smaller screens. The website accessed via a mobile browser works well too, but the dedicated app gives a smoother experience for regular use.

For Android, the most common reason is that "Install from unknown sources" hasn't been enabled in device settings. Go to Settings > Security (or Privacy, depending on your Android version) and enable installation from unknown sources or specifically allow the browser or file manager you used to download the APK. If the file downloaded correctly but won't install, try re-downloading it — a partial download can cause installation failures.
