1lee Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1 General Terms

The 1lee platform is operated as an online sports betting and casino service. These terms apply to all users who access the platform, whether through a browser, the Android APK or the iOS application. All use of the platform is subject to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines — all of which should be read together.

1lee operates in PKR and provides access to sports betting markets, live casino games, video slots, and other gaming content. All services are provided for entertainment purposes to eligible adult users.

These terms are written in English and the English version governs in all cases. 1lee reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 1lee, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 1lee does not permit use by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual, using your own real identity.
• You must not already hold an account on the platform. One account per person is strictly enforced.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your real name and valid contact details.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when using the platform.

By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility requirements above. 1lee reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed may be suspended pending review.

3 Account Management

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. If duplicate accounts are detected, 1lee will close all but the original account and may review any winnings across those accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. This means:

• Do not share your password with anyone.
• Do not allow other people to access your account, even family members.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Use a strong password that you don't use for other services.

1lee will never contact you to ask for your password. If you receive any communication claiming to be from 1lee and requesting your password, please disregard it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately through the channels listed on the platform.

Your account balance is held in PKR. It is not transferable to another user and cannot be exchanged for any form of credit outside the platform. The balance in your account represents funds available for betting and gaming within 1lee only.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 1lee are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposit directly from your JazzCash account
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposit via Telenor's Easypaisa service
• Raast — instant payment via SBP's Raast interoperable payment system
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer from any Pakistani bank account

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment channel. 1lee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment services.

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including other family members' payment accounts — are not permitted and may result in the funds being returned or the account being reviewed.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within the deposit section of your account. 1lee reserves the right to update these limits at any time.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. If your original deposit method is unavailable, alternative options will be offered within your account's withdrawal section.

To submit a withdrawal, your account must have completed any applicable identity verification steps. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that have not been verified where verification has been requested.

Funds acquired through bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements of that bonus before they can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus portion being removed from the withdrawal amount.

1lee aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual processing times depend on the payment provider and may vary. Bank transfers may take longer to arrive than mobile wallet withdrawals.

1lee reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests where there is reason to believe the account may have been involved in irregular activity. In such cases, the review process may delay the withdrawal while the review is completed.

6 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets are placed on the available markets within the 1lee sports section. Markets are available for cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic matches), football, esports and other sports as listed on the platform.

All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change until the bet is submitted and confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked.

Key settlement rules:

• Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event.
• In-play bets are settled based on the state of the game at the time the bet was accepted by the system.
• If an event is abandoned or postponed and does not resume within a defined period, bets may be voided and stakes returned — specific rules vary by sport.
• If a technical error results in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, 1lee reserves the right to void affected bets at those odds.
• For cricket, if a match is shortened due to weather (Duckworth-Lewis applies), settled results are based on the official DLS outcome.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and may vary by market and event. Users who are identified as consistently placing bets at limits that suggest strategic or professional betting may have their stake limits adjusted.

7 Casino Games

The casino section of 1lee includes video slots, live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack and game shows), RNG table games, crash games, fishing titles and virtual sports. All casino games are provided by third-party software providers.

Casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical game elements operated by trained dealers in supervised studios. The outcome of casino games cannot be predicted or influenced by the player or by 1lee.

The return to player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published by the provider and represents the expected long-term payout rate over millions of spins — it is not a guarantee of results in any individual session.

If a casino game malfunctions or is interrupted due to a technical fault, the affected rounds may be voided and stakes returned. 1lee is not liable for losses arising from third-party software failures, though every effort is made to resolve such situations fairly.

Access to certain game categories may be restricted based on your account status, verification level or current promotional terms.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

1lee offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins and reload offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are issued per account, per promotion. You cannot claim the same bonus multiple times using the same account.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by users who meet the eligibility criteria stated for that specific promotion.
• If a bonus is claimed in a way that is inconsistent with normal recreational play — for example, through systematic wagering patterns designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements — 1lee reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. When both are present, real-money funds are typically used first, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and any wagering progress will be removed after the expiry date stated in the promotion terms.

1lee reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice. If a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds already credited will be removed from accounts where wagering requirements have not yet been completed.

9 VIP Programme

The 1lee VIP programme rewards regular users with tiered benefits including cashback, enhanced withdrawal limits, priority support and access to exclusive promotions. Membership is based on your activity level on the platform.

VIP tiers and the thresholds required to reach and maintain each tier are published within the VIP section of the platform. 1lee reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits and the structure of the VIP programme at any time.

VIP status is linked to your individual account. It is not transferable and cannot be purchased. VIP benefits are provided at 1lee's discretion and may be withdrawn if an account is found to be in violation of these terms.

10 Prohibited Activity

The following are strictly prohibited on 1lee. Accounts found to have engaged in any of these activities will be suspended and the matter reviewed, which may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Multi-accounting: holding more than one account on the platform, whether under your own name or under a different identity.
• Fraudulent deposits: using stolen payment credentials, chargebacks or false payment claims.
• Bonus abuse: creating multiple accounts or using coordinated methods to claim bonuses multiple times or exploit promotional terms.
• Use of automated software: bots, scripts or any automated tools used to place bets, spin slots or interact with the platform in place of genuine human activity.
• Collusion: coordinating with other users in poker, live casino or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match manipulation: betting on events where you have insider knowledge of the outcome or have taken steps to influence the result.
• Money laundering: using the platform to move funds through deposits and withdrawals in a way that obscures their origin.

1lee cooperates with relevant authorities in cases where illegal activity is suspected. Users who engage in prohibited activity accept that they have no claim to funds held in their account at the time of suspension.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

1lee may suspend or close any account at its discretion. Common reasons include violation of these terms, suspected fraud, failure to provide requested verification documents, or inactivity over an extended period.

You may also request closure of your own account at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion options are available through the Responsible Gaming section for users who wish to restrict their access to the platform for a set period.

If your account is closed by 1lee due to a terms violation, any funds in your account may be withheld pending review. Where the violation involves fraudulent or illegal activity, funds may be forfeited.

If your account is closed at your own request and you have a positive real-money balance, that balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing.

12 Limitation of Liability

1lee provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults and connectivity issues beyond 1lee's control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted, 1lee's liability to any user is limited to the value of funds held in that user's account at the time of the relevant incident. 1lee is not liable for indirect losses, loss of winnings due to service unavailability, or losses arising from a user's own decisions on the platform.

Users acknowledge that sports betting and casino gaming involve risk and that losses are a normal and expected part of participation. 1lee does not guarantee outcomes and is not responsible for the results of bets or casino game sessions.

Third-party game and payment providers operate independently, and 1lee is not liable for disruptions caused by their services, although every effort is made to resolve issues promptly.

13 Privacy & Data

1lee collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Your personal data is used to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, detect fraud, and communicate with you about your account and relevant promotions. Data is not sold to third parties.

14 Changes to These Terms

1lee may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Significant changes may also be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically. Continuing to use 1lee after an update is published means you accept the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
